16. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by CRS. No waiver of any of  CRS’s rights or remedies shall be construed as a waiver of any other rights or remedies, whether or not similar.

17. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these Terms, and the user does not have any authority of any kind to bind CRS in any respect.
